Shipping & Returns

All sales are final. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after purchasing or receiving your item in the mail to request a return for exchange or store credit. No cash back will be given.

The 14-day return window is applicable to all purchases, including gifts except otherwise noted on the gift receipt. The only exception is during a specified timeframe during the holiday season, which is outlined on the gift receipt. Dates may vary.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and free of any extravagant odors (perfume, smoke, etc). You’ll also need the printed/digital receipt or gift receipt. 

To start a return, you can come into the shop before the 14-day window ends or contact us at returns@iheartniu.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Niu Boutique 321 N Cane St. Suite A Wahiawa HI 96786

If your return is accepted, you can request a return shipping label from us ($8 fee deducted from your store credit) or you can send it back at your own expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items
Almost all clothing items are accepted for returns/exchange as long as it meets the criteria above. Items not qualified for returns include:

• Sale (markdowns, flash sales, etc)
• Preorders
• Swim
• Shoes
• Intimates (bralettes, seamless, undergarments, etc)
• Accessories (jewelry, bags, hats, etc)
• All non-clothing items (home goods, cards, journals, etc)
• Gift cards
