Orders within the United States can ship Economy for $8 or Express for $15. All international orders will ship for $30. Free local pick up is also available.

Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to process and ship.

 Sale items are not eligible for return.

We welcome returns for store credit or exchange only. Items are only accepted if they are returned unworn, tags attached, and in the exact condition they were received. If you would like to return an item, please email returns@iHeartNiu.com within 14 days of purchase or completed delivery for shipped items. If you are doing in-store pick up, returns must be 14 days from purchase not pick up. Please wait for our response & confirmation before sending the item(s) back. Any items sent back to us that are lost/stolen are not our responsibility. 

Shipping costs for returns is the customer's responsibility, but they will receive free shipping on their exchange / purchase with store credit. We can send you a return label for $8, which will be taken out of your store credit.

You will be notified via email whether or not your return has been accepted within 2 business days of completed delivery.
